Double days

I am starting "double days" tomorrow.....Cardio in the morning and then weights in the afternoon. Does anyone have any advice for this newbie? :)

    I admire your willpower. I don't have the energy to do that everyday, haha.

    I used to during the summer when I was off (I'm a teacher) and single. Now with a toddler, a husband and a full time job, I just don't have the time!
    Sometimes during the summer though I'll get out hte jogging stroller and go for a walk first ting in the morning then workout when the baby naps :)
