Up 0.6lbs this week so now up a total of 1.6lbs since I started this challenge. Started at 199.4lbs and now at 201lbs, definitely going in the wrong direction. BUT I am not giving up.0

Ugh! I gained four pounds from last week. I'm now 144.0

So I finally got around to posting my Thanksgiving weigh in.

CW:230.6
Gained 1.8 pounds! Wow! Got to get back to 228.8 at least!0 -
OK here's my first weigh in for December.

Week 1: 227.2. ( 3.4 pound weight loss) will certainly take that.

I'm still at 141 pounds. Haven't lost any inches this month. I'm going to have to try to bust my gut this month...but with the holiday's coming up and being all over the place I might just say this month try to maintain my weight and then start fresh in January when I have nothing in my way.0

Im late sorry! LAst week was a hard week but I lost some

Sounds good! The holidays are killer for me my family is italian and always cooks way to much food and has way to much to drink! I am gonna try n lose but as long as I maintain Ill be happy.0 -

I also measured today I now plan on measuring every 10 days or so...I lost 5.5inches since 11/29/2011!

So I am still going in the wrong direction but I am still going at it. I was off my exercising for most of last week so I honestly expected a bigger gain this week. If I could even stay the same over the holidays I will be satisfied but some losses would be great too...lol.0 -

I lost 4lbs and 4 inches this week Weight is 203 (on the doctor's scale even!). Hopefully I'm in the 100's in the next week or two!0

Ideas for a weekly challenge? hmm 3 reps of 20 sit ups/curls? Or the same thing but ground bicycels (ie lay on your back with you hands behind your neck elbows out, lift your feet from bended knee chrunch possition, off the ground then cross your left elbow in and right knee in while the left leg goes out straight but still off the ground, then alternate. It works the obliques)0 -

Well I got down to 219.6 but over the Christmas weekend n the weekend before that there was a lot of drinking n now I'm back up to 221.6 :sad: I feel like screaming at myself why did I let myself go? Better yet why did I give in.....0

I lost 30 pounds in the first 6 months of 2011, then gained 10 back over the next 6 months, including 6 pounds in Nov-Dec.
Actually, I can live with that - another net 20 loss in 2012 and I'll be close to where I need to be.
Just found the group - hoping to lose 12 pounds by April 30 - almost a pound a week.

Well after slipping up over the holidays and gaining quite a bit back I am now back at it and aiming to lose again. I was so disappointed in myself for gaining that somehow it put me in a funk where I even lost my will to exercise. Well I gave myself some tough love and am back at it and will aim to keep going in a positive direction. Still a lot of work to do but I am okay taking it one step at a time.
Starting Weight: 199.4lbs
Last Weight: 205.2lbs (Didn't record it here but after Christmas I was up 5.2lbs from the 200.0 I was before Christmas )
