I have done the 30 day shread but do not know how to log it. Can someone tell how they are keeping up with this in their exercise tracking. Oh by the way am very very sore, but I feel really good. down 1.5 lbs

manually put in 30DS...and eneter caleries burned. Usually it's an average of 200-400. It's a lot easier if you use a HRM to get a more accuarte cals burned.0

I'm saving up for an HRM, but until then, I just log it as 20 minutes of general circuit training under Cardio.0
