Day 30
This is it ... Day 30!!! Who's still in? I just finished already this morning. So happy I decided to give it a try. I think I'm going to do another 10 day of level 3 then move on to another of her DVDs.

So how is everyone feeling today? I'm finding level 3 to be a challenge. I like very much, however, how all 3 levels really do differ. I'm already starting to think about the next 30 days and whether or not to restart the Shred or another JM DVD; I picked up her Ripped in 30 and Yoga Meltdown. Anyone else in the group…

we are 2/3 done people!! i missed yesterday, my first day to skip but i did it twice today to make it up. won't be making that mistake again!!

Where did everyone go?? I just did my day 15 today...half way done...i plan to do last day of level 2 and first day of level 3 togetehr to catch up one day. I will finish on the 31st. Not bad only missing 2 days.

Hi all! I know there've been some folks who have had some wrist pain during this 2nd level. I haven't had that issue, but my right shoulder has been bothering me a bit, especially when we go into those planks. I guess we've got to be careful, watch our form when we're doing the exercises, and listen to our bodies! I think…
