Hi all! I know there've been some folks who have had some wrist pain during this 2nd level. I haven't had that issue, but my right shoulder has been bothering me a bit, especially when we go into those planks. I guess we've got to be careful, watch our form when we're doing the exercises, and listen to our bodies! I think we all know the difference between good pain and bad pain. We could always substitute one of the ab or cardio exercises we were doing in level 1 for one of the plank exercises during this level; just a thought. Have a super day! : )

i am so so sad i had to nt do it for a couple days. tonight i did my day 10 which was last day of level one...and day 11, first day of level 2. I am just a coup days behind...if i double up a couple days i'll be able to catch up. Good job to everyone for stickin it out!0
