I've been cursed with my momma's thighs, hips, and butt...so anything to help tone it a little and decrease the size would be AWESOME!0 -

I did 5 sets of 20 instead of 10 sets of 10 and I really felt the difference! My legs were more tired after each set.
Great job everybody! And We're up to 50 members already! yay!
Also thop, I did some situps yesterday but haven't been feeling the greatest lately, so maybe tomorrow I'll join you in 100 situps as well!0 -

Yeah join in! My abs were really sore today so I think it will be tough but well worth it after 100 days.

so I just found this group and I joined because it's a great challenge. only thing is I am doing plie squats along with regular squats.. is that ok?? and i did 100 squats yesterday so i guess i'm on my way!!
