Week 1 - Killer Buns and Thighs - How is it going?

Ok so I'll be the first to admit I haven't started yet (won't until Dec 11) but I know that some of you have and want to know how your first week has been going!

I started yesterday, I must say it was a good workout!! I loved it, I will be doing this workout for 3/4 x's a week. Today might be a rest day since I woke up not feeling very well, but if I feel better by the end of the day I wil get my workout in.0

Just finished day 3. It's going great so far! I sweat like a pig the whole time! Wayy more than 30dayshred even!
Definitely noticing tons of definition in my butt/thighs already!
I'm doing this in conjunction with 30 day shred...so feeling crazy sore but feeling results!0 -

I attempted to do it today after her 30ds and wow, I could only make it through half of it!!!!0

I'm not doing it every day. I would be super sore. I doing it like every other day with 30 day shred, and i'll move up to level 2 with KB&T when I move up with 30 day.0 -
I'm re-naming it Kill Me Buns and Thighs. I'm on Day 2 (Sunday and today). Very sore. Somethings are not so bad, some are hard, and some are killer. I need to take my measurements and get my eating under control.0

I liked and still like 6 week 6 pack a lot. and i have gotten amazing results. you can actually see a 6 pack, just below a little bit of fat i still need to work on. the only thing is you are supposed to do it for 6 weeks. that gets super boring with only 2 levels. i was tired of the first level about the 8th time i did it and i still had a week to go! then level 2 was the same thing, got tired of it quick. i wish she woudl have had 3 levels and do each level 2 weeks instead of 2 levels/3 weeks each.0 -

yes please join us if you want to, this group is open to anyone who just started or will be starting KB and T in december. I wasn't planning to check in every day, just every week. but any member is welcome to post whatever questions they have to share or progress or whatever. you can definitely check in every day but i will be putting up new threads each week only.0 -

Completed day 2 of it this morning. I am having trouble with the side plank, leg lift. I like the workout and will do it every other day. I just have to decide what I am going to do on alternate days.0

i'm going to start it today I'm alternating it with 6 week 6 pack and did that one yesterday and my stomach muscles are sore today lol0

started killer buns and thighs today and it was harder than i last remembered lol (did it one day before a month or so ago)
i will stick with it because i know that it will help me to become stronger0 -
Man, this is definitely one of the hardest workouts I've ever done. So glad that I completed 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 before doing this and 6 week 6 pack!!0

You should alternate with 6 week 6 pack. That's what I'm doing. Great challenge!!0 -
wow, more side plank leg lifts. well, i just finished doing those with 6 week 6 pack level 2 so i should have known i was in for it again! Sunday can't come fast enough.0

Day 3 - a little bit easier now. Although, I need to find an alternative to the plank-to-squat. For some reason this aggravates my already aggravated back.0

I have been doing this workout for the past couple of weeks. I have seen a huge difference already. I did the 30DS in October and started this one in November. I am still on level 1. I burn at least 300 calories each time and sweat like crazy! I just love the feeling of sore glutes and ham strings...makes me know that I have done it right I will give everyone one tiny piece of advice...there is one particular move in the first circuit where she does a lunge movement going from one side and then to the other with a twist. I dislocated my knee a couple of years ago doing lunges. Please be careful doing this particular movement. It puts a strange twist on the knee and can lead to injury if not done 100% correctly.0

Hi Everyone, so I got mowed down with a killer bug for the last 2 days. Did my first day of 6 Week 6 Pack on Tuesday, but haven't been able to move since, but I'm feeling much better now, so will do my first day of Killer Buns tomorrow. I'm really excited! Am going to alternate these workouts every other day with 1 days rest.
Woohoo! Can't wait!

I am on my fourt day of it, I started with workout one and moved to the second one on Fri. I wasn't able to do it again until yesterday because my thighs were killing me. I am going to do it again tonight and take a break tomorrow. On off days I am back to doing Ripped in 30.0

I have been enjoying it a lot! Day 2 was yesterday, day 3 tonight. i am going to try to do it every day and skip saturdays. that is how i got good results on her other ones. sure i am sore, but i know i can get through it. the side plank thing is hard. i actually dislike the chair pose/leg lift thing the most! very hard on the legs!0
