Hmm, I might start doing sit ups each day, too. I've been trying to do 100 push ups each day in addition to my squats... why not add another exercise? I think I might wait until next week when the push ups are less painful, though.

Ugh! No kidding. And yesterday, I got on the elliptical at the gym, and I immediately realized that was NOT happening. So, the treadmill it was.
