I finished c25k last summer and did my 5k - I ran way better than I expected to, and was thrilled with my results. The very night of my race, I went to work and sprained my ankle! Ugh! I've been rehabbing it since, and because it was a "resprain", I took lots of extra time to make sure it was okay. I just started back to running, and am planning to just re-do c25k before moving on to b210k and eventually (hopefully) a half-marathon! I ran today, and didn't have the app ready, so I did the following:
6min - walk (4.0)
5min - run (5.5)
5min - walk (4.0)
5min - run (5.5)
4min - walk (4.0)
5min - run (5.5)
5min - walk (4.0)
5min - run (5.5)
20min - walk (4.0)
5min - cool down
I'm doing pilates tomorrow and my hubby and I are hiking on Saturday, so I'm taking Sunday off and running again on Monday!

Way to go!! I too am coming back to C25K. I did it last year and ran my first 5k April of 2010. I took a hiatus around thanksgiving after 3 5K's and then did it again this year and ran one 5k in April. Now I am coming back to it. I don't know why I stop. You always have to start back over at square one and it is so frustrating. I am SLOW, but I know I can do it b/c I already have. Good luck!0

Good luck to you, too! I see your username says you're a nurse... I'm currently finishing up my last quarter of prereqs before I apply for nursing school! I would *love* to be a navy nurse, but unfortunately, I'm too old now.0
