    Legs were sore from cardio... just about managed to do 100 today!

    The last two days, I did not get in two hundred squats. I only got in ten. But, I am working my way up there. Might take me 100 days, but, I won't give up...I think it is a wonderful challenge!

    fell down the stairs in dark... hurt my thigh awfully bad and its all swollen up.. arrrghh! wont be able to walk for a few days, let alone exercise... doctors orders :(

    in probably more ways than one, the squats I'd been doing helped minimize the pain and hopefully will boost muscle recovery! hope to get back on track soon.

    Well I didn't join and get started until the 9th, but here's mine.

    12/9: 150+ done. (50+, 50, 50)
    12/10: 225 done (125, 100) I probably won't be doing a lot of moving tomorrow.
