    The last two days, I did not get in two hundred squats. I only got in ten. But, I am working my way up there. Might take me 100 days, but, I won't give up...I think it is a wonderful challenge!

    fell down the stairs in dark... hurt my thigh awfully bad and its all swollen up.. arrrghh! wont be able to walk for a few days, let alone exercise... doctors orders :(

    in probably more ways than one, the squats I'd been doing helped minimize the pain and hopefully will boost muscle recovery! hope to get back on track soon.

    I am definintely on a roll. I did my extras today to make up for yesterday, and I'm strating to think I could do more. Maybe I'll be doing the squats and the elliptical on the same day next week! :laugh:
