The last two days, I did not get in two hundred squats. I only got in ten. But, I am working my way up there. Might take me 100 days, but, I won't give up...I think it is a wonderful challenge!0

fell down the stairs in dark... hurt my thigh awfully bad and its all swollen up.. arrrghh! wont be able to walk for a few days, let alone exercise... doctors orders
in probably more ways than one, the squats I'd been doing helped minimize the pain and hopefully will boost muscle recovery! hope to get back on track soon.

I am definintely on a roll. I did my extras today to make up for yesterday, and I'm strating to think I could do more. Maybe I'll be doing the squats and the elliptical on the same day next week! :laugh:0 -
