We did it in class for 1 minute. I loved it!! Great ab work out. You can go fast or slow.0

I think its quite easy after doing them for several minutes with my feet all over the wall maybe I have sticky shoes LOL0

Getting your feet paraIIeI with your shoulders makes it a bit more difficult than if your feet are much higher than shoulder height0
