2. Power Jacks 44
3. Power Knees 80
4. Power Jumps 30
5. Globe Jumps 07

    WOW you have improved on each move!!! Fantastic results. Those globe jumps few seem to take forever right! LOL

    They do! lol The move that kills me are those dang suicide jumps.

    Wow you girls are killing me.... Lol ( i feel terrible lol) But I must admit that I went under surgery (gallbladder) so...My stomach and cardio ain't strong anymore so...Will do better later probably...Not giving up.

    7. Push-Up Jacks : 12 (was dead tired so no energy left lol)
    8. Low Plank Oblique : 35 (was hurting where i got my surgery but I'll work on it)

    Anyway, Amazing job for all of you... keep up the good work
