    Good morning! I don't know if I should be sad, or proud, that 6:00am feels like "sleeping in" these days :smile:
    I got to "sleep in" and still took the dog for a mile walk. Will do another mile with the dog, and 30 on the elliptical this evening!

    Still battling my headache (I'm prone to migraines) so sleep won out this morning.
