Helllo :) Im 21 years old, i just got married this year, and i think im more productive with my workouts when i get up early and do them!! i work doing loss prevention so being in good shape is a part of my job and i need to get back to it!!

Good Morning! I was up and at it bright and early this morning! I started a little late though, so I only had time for about 15 minutes of yoga/stretching and 20 minutes of walking the dog. Anyone else up??

Ok, the snooze alarm won today. I did walk the dog (which I don't usually count as exercise) and forced myself to do some sit-ups just to ease the guilt. Anyone else get a workout in this morning?

Hey all! I used to get up EVERY morning at 5ish to do my workout. Well, I got out of that routine and started working out at night.
