Helllo :) Im 21 years old, i just got married this year, and i think im more productive with my workouts when i get up early and do them!! i work doing loss prevention so being in good shape is a part of my job and i need to get back to it!!
Good Morning! I was up and at it bright and early this morning! I started a little late though, so I only had time for about 15 minutes of yoga/stretching and 20 minutes of walking the dog. Anyone else up??
