Well, I technically gained 0.2 lbs. this week... This weekend I was down to 186.4 lbs. I am thinking that I didn't drink enough water yesterday and that the sodium is making me retain water. Looking to have a substantial loss this week to make up for it!!
On the plus side... I completed W5D3 this morning! I am so extremely proud of myself. Interestingly enough, I enjoyed this run - the one I have been dreading since Day 1 - more than any run thus far. I may actually ENJOY this in the end!0 -
