EPIC FAIL!!
Started out great last week and then found I forgot about the challenge. Come on ... how do you forget?? Clearly I'm the action research data that proves it takes 21 days to form a habit.

12/13: 100 done with 25 pound kettle bell (50, 50)0

Week 1: 600 squats done! w00t.
Week 2:
13 Dec - 100 with 10 lbs weights (sets of 25, 25, 25, 25)
(will edit this post once I am done for the 14th)0 -
12/14-100 squats and 60 bicycle crunches...My legs gave me the biggest wake up call that the squats are working this morning! Feeling the burn!!!!!0
