I did squats, deadlifts & lunges yesterday. Today was curls, bent over lats, flies, triceps, cardio (of course)....ummm...I know I"m forgetting something but it must not be important! LOL
Today was my best workout this week, I'm completely on the mend now. Woohoo!!!0 -
