    I did squats, deadlifts & lunges yesterday. Today was curls, bent over lats, flies, triceps, cardio (of course)....ummm...I know I"m forgetting something but it must not be important! LOL

    Today was my best workout this week, I'm completely on the mend now. Woohoo!!!
  • :frown: I was bad and did NOT get up this morning. I blame it on the TOM and feeling poopy, but I know I shouldnt make excuses! I will do something when I get home tonight!

    TOM always impedes my AM workouts, very irritating! LOL I hope you feel better! :)
