Is anyone feeling it? My goodness my legs are KILLING me! I sometimes use the leg press machine instead of actual squats. I know its using a maching but it works the same muscles. i've been adding a 50lb weight when I do it too and I can FEEL the difference!0 -

Hello All, I am sorry to report that I have hip tendonitis and have to take a break from squats. In fact, almost all exercise is out for a while. I am hoping that a couple of weeks of rest and I can join back with you guys. Everyone keep up the good work!0
