I am new here at mfp

Hi,
I have been using MFP for some time now, it is a great site, and this is probably my first post, I (33-YO/M) was 96 KG's and went to 84 KG's and now am @ 87KG's:cry: .

this first 12 KG's were not lost here at MFP, but this is certainly the best site around for weight loss.

I want to go to 70KG,(I want to be the athlete i was in college). Lately i have not been able to keep up with the Gym and the diet becuase i have again started falling back in the rut, I am joining this group in the hopes that Public Humilation will get me to do something better to my life.

I would like to be friends with similiar goals here at MFP, probably helping each other by coaxing somehow to get to the gym and follow diet.

  • can someone point me to the 30 day shred program of what i have to do or follow something...

    I am at a mediocre fitness level (3-4 KM @ 8-10Km/h), 20 minutes @ crosstrainer and then regular strength training

    chest and triceps one day and back and biceps the other.

    Al you need is Jillian michaels 30 day shred video and either 2 or 5 lb weights
  • I don't want to get flak...but that's a female program... maybe i am taking the wrong challenge.
