So most of you know my father had a recent heart attack and it was bad, we almost lost him. I am greatful for your thoughts prayers. He is doing really well, and recovering very quickly.

I have been teaching him about MFP and want him to get really into it. He is excited for it, but is a little freaked out cuz he is computer illiterate. If any of you could add him and give him some motivation, that would be awesome. He just needs to get excited about working out and keeping track of his food intake and this is the place for him.
