    It was much like week 1 in that the first day is hard. I didn't cry, but I certainly thought about it (mostly didn't because my SO was nearby and already thinks that I workout too hard).

    I reminded myself that in Day 1 of week 1 I thought I was going to die. Then by day 5, I was doing many of the advanced moves. Perspective.

    I did what I really wanted went jogging for the first time in forever ;) i have lost 4.6lbs so far in 17 days!

    I ran for an hour yesterday and will do Billy Blanks Basic Training in a little bit.

    Weigh in today = 206 Down 2lbs : )

    I plan on making 2012 a great one and meeting my goals -- just in time for the world to end on 12/21 :laugh:

    I'm getting sooooo frustrated! I have yet to lose anything. Well, I keep losing and regaining the same 3-4 pounds. (water weight, I'm sure). I am working out: 1-2 hours a day. Running, Zumba, and Jillian Michaels are the three I use the most.

    I got the weight off that I gained during the holiday's but I'm kinda stuck now. I'm still working hard at it though
  • Just started back to incorporate my fitness pal into my routine. Now I make it a point to log in or at least write it down if i'm not by a computer.
    I also just started 30 day Shred with Jillian and running every Wednesday with fiance; but i'm actually taking a tennis and a jogging class that they offer at my school next quarter

    My goal by this year is to run a 5k. :smile:
