Day 43 Challenge!

Hey there CAD'ers!
Today's challenge:
No matter how busy of a day you're having, fit in 20 minutes minimum of cardio! It's enough to release endorphins and strengthen your heart without being too time consuming. No excuses, it can be as simple as walking up and down the stairs at a good pace during your lunch break! 20 minutes is only a little over 1% of your day. You can spare that tiny amount of time for your health!

I already did this first thing this morning. I'm working away and couldn't sleep. The hotel advertised a "mini gym" which I always think is a bad sign...but actually it was fine! It was the smallest room ever - just a single runner, cross trainer and bike - but clean, new and empty - so I got a good 40 minute burn in and felt much better for it then tossing and turning for a while longer!0 -
thanks for the challenge..I think this will be really easy as yesterday I walked 8 miles so maybe I will do some more walking or pull something off of you tube for cardio and a little change.
