Hey Everyone!
I was thinking of making this group more exciting by adding a weekly challenge! The challenge could be simple like staying under your calorie goal or running/walking 3 miles.
Does anyone have any suggestions for next week?

Maybe a different challenge every day? Such as .. Monday= an extra 30min walk, Tuesday=Eat your 5 fruit and veg a day, Wednesday=No sweets, cakes etc.., something like that?0

I'm game! I love challenges.... just please, please, please don't take away my one piece of chocolate a day! I would just curl up in a ball and be pitiful~~~ ;(

I think that Monday should be "drink your water day". For those of us (me included) who have a hard time drinking the 8 cups over the weekend, it will be a nice kick to get back into that habit for the week.0

I'm only going to have one challenge for Christmas Day so far, its going to be a hard one!
Christmas Day Challenge: Try to only have 1 dessert at a reasonable size OR try not having any dessert at all and sticking with fruit!
This is a tough one! Let's see who can do it!!! (This is especially hard for me! Blah)0 -
That is completely against my whole philosophy. I will have whatever I want on Christmas day. I don't think it's a good idea to limit yourself every single day of the year. How is that sustainable?0

its just a challenge open to anyone who wants to join... I'm not saying to never eat desserts again.. I am saying to limit yourself on this one day since everyone will probably be enjoying a feast anyway.. so by no way is anyone limiting themselves for a lifetime just for day.. which I personally think is ok to do sometimes..0
