Thanks! You too.... looks like you are so very close to your challenge goal, too! :bigsmile: I had no idea that this running thing would be so enjoyable. I'm actually starting to look forward to it and miss it on my off days!0

I didn't think it would be so enjoyable either. I basically wanted to complete this program so that I could say that I did it and to increase my endurance. Also, most runners seem to be pretty "fit" so I thought it was a good thing to try. Little did I know how much I would start to love it! I definitely am looking to my runs on a regular basis! I can't wait until my son is a little older and I can just drop everything and go when I am ready (whether he stays at home by himself or joins me)! He is starting to show interest, but at 4, he doesn't quite have the endurance to keep up yet.0

be careful with running and children - they shouldn't run very long distances wen they are young (I think a mile or two is fine but). My trainers friend is a hardcore distance runner and her son has been joining her in her runs - he's apparently very fast but now he's messed up some growth plates in his foot from too much running too young. Not at all sure if that is from learning bad running form or what but it scared me to hear about it.0

Thanks for letting me know! While it would be nice for him to join me when he is older, the thought of running alone is MUCH more enticing...:laugh:0
