Anyone else doing this barefoot?

I have tried this programme twice before and both times crashed out. The first time I think it was from expensive but wrong for me shoes, and the second time I possibly pushed too far too fast.
I have just started it again from week one day one, and this time will stick to the programme and not be impatient. While I think my fitness could move me ahead faster, I am mindful of both previous attempts ending in buggered knees so need to stick to the pace as set.
Also, this time I am doing it barefoot. Tonight was the first time I have run barefoot (as an adult!) and I have to say it felt really great!

I'd be scared to do it barefoot! I "run" (I use that word loosely) at a nearby park which has a trail. I'd be afraid I'd step on something and get a cut or something. I do have to say though, the idea of being barefoot sounds enticing.0

I plan on running in my Vibram FiveFingers. Not quite barefoot, but as close as I can get.0

Restarting next week with my Vibram Five Fingers. Love em!0

I run in VFFs too. I've started adding little few minute runs or walks about completely barefoot here and there to toughen up the soles, but I'm pretty happy with the FFs thus far!0

I've been doing it in my Vibrams also because I get blisters immediately when I wear regular shoes (and have tired everything to prevent them, to no avail). I use my treadmill so I think it would mainly depend on the terrain that you're running on. I notice I tend to run more on my tippy toes but it prevents the pain from clomping down with my whole foot and there's only minor soreness in my shins when I run (I'm on my second go of week two so my body's still adjusting). I say listen to your body and go for it!0
