What are some good sources of vegan omega 3's or supplements? I use chia seeds on occasion but what else is out there?

Chia and flax seeds are good. There are also a number of supplements. I've used V Pure for a while, it's made from processed algae, so it supposed to be similar to fish oil, but without the dead fish. It's pretty expensive.0

Flax seeds are the richest source of Omega 3's on the planet, also one of the cheapest and most versatile0

My recommendation: Hemp seeds!!
Hemp seeds and oil have the perfect ratio of Omega 6 to Omega 3. This is important, as the two types of omegas compete for absorption in your body. Hemp seeds are a lot softer than flax, and therfore don't need to ground before you ingest them. They are tasty to boot!
I like Brendan Brazier's book "Thrive". Check it out.0
