    Just about to head out for a jog with the dogs (as hubby is home to look after baby), if the dogs are willing (I have one very lazy dog) I should be able to get 30 minutes in, we'll see!!!

    Did insanity Pure Cardio this morning.......gaaaah it was hard but good fun too.

    You go girl! I'm ashamed to admit that since the death
    of my Dad Wednesday, I haven't done a single workout.

    went for a walk today, I havent been doing my regular exercises. It is harder when the kids are home from school and the hubby is home from work. if it is nice tomorrow i think I will go for a bike ride with the kids or maybe a long walk with the dog. it will be easier once everyone goes back to school and work on tuesday....
