My name is Mark. I have been having a hard time for the past six years, I have been steady at 324 lbs. I've been married 2 years to my beautiful wife Rosa. I am really trying but it is tough. I know that i need to incorporate OA in my daily struggles. I am excited to join this group. Merry Christmas.

    Welcome Mark! I for one find that when I incorporate my struggles into my daily OA program, those struggles never win!
