Is it just my place of work or does the graveyard shift everywhere seem to carry more ''drama'' with your co-workers than other shifts??

    no drama here. I think it helps that there's only 3 of us on shift. drama exsisted for me when I worked dayshift years ago. tons of people over 2000.

    No drama where I'm at. We leave that to day shift ; )

    No, I really don't think so. We are a skeleton crew so with less of us we're pretty tightly knit. I'm constantly hearing about drama from the day shift. But overnight we're all friends.

    Only Drama here would be if I make it. Or maybe the IBM guy on the other side of the room. There is only one person per shift per company.
