Okay so recently I finished the Supreme 90 Day workout. I did get some muscle tone that I didn't have before and was happy with that however, I actually gained like 5 to 6 pounds and some inches too. I can understand gaining a little from muscle weight but, I should have lost inches!! I am so discouraged! In the beginning I was weighing in at 112, which is where I felt my best and looked good in things. This is also the recommended weight for my height. Now I am hovering around 118/119. It wouldn't bother me so much if my clothes weren't feeling tighter! But, I worked my butt off and feel like I wasted my time!! Recently I started Insanity and have been sticking to their Elite Nutrition Plan plus, drinking Shakeology. My diary is open to view and I have always tried to eat clean, of course I am not perfect so there were a few cheats in as well! Here is a run down of my caloric breakdown:
40% carbs
30% fats
30% protein
BMR = 1304
TDEE = 2022
Daily Caloric intake = 1700
Any suggestions is greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance!
April

    How tall are you?

    Since you're so light it could be that you just built that much muscle that you did bulk up a bit. How much muscle did you have before? And where did you get the inches?

    your diary is not public. But I would agree this is discouraging. If you were thin to start muscle could gain inches. I know my skinny jeans fit a little tighter because my butt and thighs get bigger when I lift, but I would say 5-6 lbs of muscle would be a lot. On the other hand, muscle holds onto water when you're working out hard, to protect the joints I think.
    You say the clothes are tighter but do you think you've lost body fat? do you think your body looks any different?
    I don't know much about the Supreme 90 day workout, but if you are eating clean and working out, you didn't likely gain fat.

    I am 5'2"
    Sorry, I have my diary open to friends, didn't realize that until after reading your post!
    I gained inches in my hips and thighs.... Yes, very discouraging! My body fat percentage actually went up from 18 to 20 but, I think that could be from the weight gain... I think my body looks different but, I am also very hard on myself! I really didn't have a lot of muscle before doing the supreme 90... Thanks so mush for your responses!!
