I am curently sitting @ 160.8lbs and by the end of this 30 days I want to be 155.
Please note that i do work out 4-5 days a week, consisting of Cardio and Weigh Training. I dabble in running once in a while, but with the weather getting colder, i might put that on hold.

My real name is Denise. My current weight is 201.5 as of Last Friday. I don't have a number in mind to lose in these 30 days, I just want to get out of the 200's finally. Any loss after that is a jumping board for more.0

I'm just starting myfitnesspal again for the new year. I'm at 172 and want to get down to 167 after the 30 day challenge. First long term goal I want to reach is a 22lb loss which would put me at 155.0

219.4 this a.m. - definitely put on a few lbs over the New Year's holiday, and hope they come off quickly....all the extra water should help! Would LOVE to see 210 by the end of the month.
