Cramps in calves?

Hi! I started the 30DS the 1st, so I completed the 3rd day today (erm, yesterday! lol), and ever since, my left calf has been burning! If I'm not stretching it out, I get HORRIBLE cramps in it! What can I do to stop this? I'm getting plenty of water!

    I'm not getting cramps as such but I do have incredible muscle soreness, i switched up to level 2 for my day 3 workout yesterday and that has alleviated some of the pain, but i think you just have to work through it... ;-(
  • Just sounds like some cramps from the muscles tearing (to rebuild themselves). Make sure you stretch enough every time, and look up some new calf exercises online if you have to. Also, don't drink a ton of water before the workout. It sounds weird, but doing a ton of water before exercising can actually hurt you.

    During is fine, but I usually only drink half a glass of water before I start my workout to avoid muscle cramps.
