Hi guys
Please get the results rolling in. As mentioned during the beginning of the challenge based on arms (L/R), chest, waist, hips and thighs (L/R).

Here's mine:
Starting weight: 282.8 on 11/30/11
Ending weight:: 279.6 on 01/01/12 (- 3.2)
Starting measurements for neck, waist, and hips : 17, 50, and 50
Ending measurements for neck, waist, and hips: 17, 49.75 (-0.25), and 49.5 (-0.5)
I only measured what I was already tracking here on MFP, and I did see some inches and pounds lost, though it is nothing too dramatic. However, I definitely feel much so stronger and have more endurance than when I started. I'm not quite at "Natalie" level, but I'm no longer just "sticking with Anita" for modified versions of the exercises...
Thank you to the organizers for putting this together! And for all those who kept posting in the log, thanks for inspiring and motivating me by sharing your own progress through the workouts!0 -

Total - 107"
So I lost a total of 6.4 pounds and 2 inches. I was really hoping to lose more inches, especially off my waist, but I only measured at my navel and from the pictures, it looks like I may have lost an inch or two off my natural waist.

Most people log them as "Circuit Traning" for 20 minutes. I usually burned about 200 calories.0
