Whew! I know this can be tough , but it is so worth it!! I feel so much better and it is only day 3. The cravings can be hard to deal with but know you are doing what is right for your body! we are fighting food addiction and cravings together!

    Whew!! i am feeling ya! I didnt feel right until about day 4 1/2 closer to the beginning of day 5. But this system works! I lost 8.2 lbs in those 5 days!!!

    Keep strong! Phase 2 seems a little easier with a few more choices :flowerforyou:
  • I just had a really good dinner. It was cod cooked in a tomato sauce (onion, tinned tomatoes with garlic, oregano, thyme and a few olives). I'm not really a fish person at the moment but it was really nice. I will probably do it again next week. :)
  • I started phase 1 yesterday but as I ate two Activia yoghurts before I got to the bit of the book that said that they aren't suitable because they contain sugar, I guess I'll have to count today as day 1.

    How are you getting on with it so far?

    Any tips on how long the headache lasts??
