Alright.... as of posting this, there are four days (counting today) until the end of the year!? Then we start Jamie Eason's LiveFit!!!
Everyone that is participating, check in either on New Year's Eve or New Year's Day. Please copy the below format for tracking (you will be thankful later ). The Group will checkin after every Phase is complete, with three days grace for missed workouts or life in general. That means checkins are as followes by 1/31, 2/28, 3/27.
Take a full body picture as well... you don't have to share it. I would guess that when you get the after picture you will be happy you took the before
