This may be a silly questions for all you LoCarbers but has everyone watched the movie Fat Head? I decided to watch it again today, and am always empowered by that movie. If you have been discouraged by carb eating naysayers then I hope you get on Netflix or Hulu and watch the movie. You will be glad you did. Happy New Year!!!

    I actually hated it and found it just as sensationalist as Supersize me. In some ways it does more harm than good because it's so easy to attack by anti-low carbers. While low-carb needed a movie portraying it in a positive light... the guy didn't have to be such a jerk about it. But then again, that's what sells.

    I think it is a very good documentary. the first half is a bit flaming and rude toward Supersize Me, but when you get past that the rest of the show is very good.

    Start at about 30 minutes into it to skip the Supersize Me bashing.

    I really liked it alot very informative and I'm planning on watching it again! It's about time somebody stood up for us! :-)
