We all love to hate exercising but for a healthy long life, this is not an option. I will be turning 50 in June and I have a goal to do a 5k in 25 minutes. Everyone has different goals because of physical limitations or just a passion for different kinds of workouts. What is yours?

I of course have a weight loss goal after the holidays and a stressful year. But I signed up to do a Warrior Dash in July. So I need to train, and focus. I will begin training to do a 5K when the weather is better and the days are longer, likely in March. But until then I'll be doing the P90X program.0

Hey, my son sent me a link to a local Warrior Dash, now i know what you are talking about. parts of it look like real fun! if i can find on in the fall, maybe i will attempt one then.0

I am going to do the Couch to 5K. I have a free workout room at my temp job, so that should make it easier.0
