1. Don't give up natural carbs 2. Start exercise slow 3. Pick 3 things to change and work on that till you have that under control. My plan Eat within an hour of waking start with yoga stretches daily equal morning coffee with water

:sad: We all love to hate exercising but for a healthy long life, this is not an option. I will be turning 50 in June and I have a goal to do a 5k in 25 minutes. Everyone has different goals because of physical limitations or just a passion for different kinds of workouts. What is yours?
