5lb weights?

Hey everyone, just finished day 3! I've been using 5lb weights because they're the only ones I have at home, but so far I've had to put them down toward the end of a couple of the exercises because they're just too heavy. Do you think I should invest in some lighter weights? Or will I just get stronger if I stick with the 5lbs (and work on not dropping them as often)? If lighter weights are the way to go (especially for levels 2 and 3), do you think 1lbs or 3lbs would be better? Thanks in advance!

I would invest in some 3lb weights. The 1lbs are just too light, especially if you are doing most of the video with the 5lb ones.0

I agree I have been using the 5.5lb weights and switching for the lunges. I use the 5.5 for the chest flies (I think I could even go higher with these) and the Back move (cant think what its called right now) The others I cant do with the 5.5.
I would invest in some 3lbs0 -
Agreed, the chest flies I could go even heavier, but I always have to drop them during the side lunges. Okay, I'm sold, 3lb weights it is.0
