Hi all
I have posted a version of this on the website under suggestions/improvements but thought I'd share with the NZ group.

I made myself a goal of walking/cycling 250kms in 25 days. I have created a ticker from an outside website as I think its a great visual aid and you can add to your email, website, blog etc. to keep family and friends updated. It can also motivate you to achieve your goal if you publish for others to see.
