 Favourite Exercise: Being in a wheelchair & having limited arm mobility (~90 degrees is as straight as they extend) make it tough to do a lot of exercises... but I enjoy shadow boxing during commercials or when watching YouTube videos. Learned to do it from Biggest Loser when one of the guys got a leg injury. Sometimes I use my giant orange rubber band thing to add some resistance to my swings... I probably look kinda silly.. but as long as it works. 0 0
