Doing Phase 2 twice?

I was just wondering if anyone did or wants to re-do a phase a 2nd time?
I'm thinking about starting over P2 instead of moving to P3.

I've read on the FB group that P3 is meant to be an extreme fat loss phase to prep for a photoshoot, competition, special event, etc.

I'm interested in building more muscles and I do not want to shed any weight right now. So this is why I am considering doing P2 twice before getting to P3. What do you all think?

I've only completed week 5 but I was thinking about the same thing. I'd like to know what others think! I'm also really stuck on what I'll do when I'm done the program, but it's a bit early for me to worry about that

I do have the trip to Cozumel so I need the third phase now, but I can see wanting to do phase 2 again.
I am starting to think about maintenance, what's the protocol for that?

I believe P2 is Jamie's maintenance phase, so you'd be fine doing P2 I guess.

I decided I will start P2 again once I'm done. I've asked Michelle LeSueur on FB and it's what she suggested also. I believe she's the nutritionnist who help Jamie with the plan.

phase 2 is working out 6 times per week! When I get to maintenance I am hoping for 3 days, maybe like, upper body, lower body and full body, then a little cardio.

I know!! I think 6 days is a little too much for me. I can do 5, but I need two days off during the week. Especially since I am starting a class tonight so I'll have something EVERY day. I'm still going to do P2 as it's planned, but I'll rearrange P2 next time I do it so I can workout 5 times a week; and will only do cardio 3 times.

You could look into the New Rules of Lifting for Women after, I did this program once and it's a full body workout so it's 3-4 times a week max.
