Starting Phase 3 today. I'm still a little on the fence as to whether I want to go on to phase three or start phase 2 over again. Not sure if I'm ready for that much cardio yet LOL And I'm having a lot of fun w/ the weight lifting aspect. We'll see what the rest of the day has to bring. How is everyone liking it so far?
