Starting again after 7 months slowly gaining weight.

I am on Day 1 Phase 1 of the Jamie Eason 12 Week Live Fit Trainer. 7 months ago I was about 1/3 of the way done with the program and had lost 17lbs. I have since gained back the 17lbs plus about 10 more. Not healthy for any person to do. I am determined to get it right this time.

My Stats:
Age: 24
Height: 5'7
Weight: 243lbs

12 week goal: 44lbs loss
Wants to get down to: 199lbs

I don't want to be plus size anymore. I want my husband to look at me and think I am the most attractive and sexiest woman he has ever seen. I want people to say ' Oh My Gosh, did you see Dee, she looks like she lost a lot of weight!!'

So let my personal battle begin. Let THE WAR ON FAT try to beat me. I have my mind right and am ready to go. I began today and won't quit till I WIN!
