New Year's Challenge

I am challenging myself to complete the LiveFit trainer in twelve weeks. I am challenging myself to eat cleaner, and following the principals of the Food Lover's Fat Loss plan and Tosca Reno's eat clean program. No resolutions to see if I can lose X amount of weight, but just a challenge to see if I can succeed. To know I can.

Anyone else?

    I'm thinking of starting the trainer again next week, when I am done with my current program.
    I'll modify it though, because I cannot work out 6 days a week since I usually do some sort of outdoor sport on the weekends.

    Enjoy the trainer, it's difficult but I loved it the first time :)
