    Great! I lose track after I get my 64 oz in but I know I get more than that! I pretty much only drink water :)

    I did ok onboth counts but drinking water atwork is much more of a challenge than I thought. i had to play catch up in the evening.

    I did awesome today, I didn't eat anything after 6:30pm. I was too busy stressing due to over due school work. When i stress i don't eat. And i got my 64oz in.

    I wish I didn't eat when I was stressed - it has the opposite effect on me. Great job with the water and the avoiding the late night snack!

    I did pretty well Monday with the water - didn't even get my usual diet soda in. Had at least 80 oz, and then lost track. I gotta get out of this plateau I'm currently in!
