Ugh, why did I ever start? Why did I do that to myself? I'm sorry, I'm so so sorry. I'm in tears thinking about it. I just hope, I HOPE, that I haven't done any permanent damage. I'm so thankful that I finally realized I needed to quit and I'm so thankful that I actually did it.

I have wondered why I started too. But we will make it!!! I have "Quit" numerous times over the years but this time it will stick!!!0
