Hey everyone, i noticed we didn't have an introduction thread yet. My name is Erin and here are my stats:
Name: Erin
CW: 149
GW: 135-140 (toned)
Height: 5'8"
Date started with turbofire: 1/1/12 started 20 week class
Biggest concern: I always have between 5-7 people living in my house, I am the one who grocery shops and prepares meals. It's hard to get things that are inexpensive, low carb, and still make a decent dinner for my family. Ballin' on a budget is tough. So any meal ideas for a large group that is somewhat low carb would be awesome. Making two separate meals is getting a little tiring.

Hello, I'm Krissie and I'm a Turbo Fire Junkie . I've completed Turbo Fire once already amd now doing Chalene Extreme and then I'm going to do the TF and CLX hybrid that's in the Turbo Fire book
I love it, on my rest days in CLX I do Fire 60 just to give me that huge cardio burn
Nice to meet you all x0 -
Hi! I'm Megan and I LOVE TURBO FIRE!
I've had awesome results with turbo fire and now that I will be getting my food in check, my results will be even better!
Add me as a friend! Would love the support!0 -

Biggest concern: I travel 250 days a year for work. Bringing my DVD's isn't a problem, doing TF FIRST thing in the morning before "life" happens and something keeps me from working out is my new priority (that and getting first floor hotel rooms so I don't HIIT train someone out of bed below me in the morning! Another concern is making the correct eating choices on the road to not sabotage my health goals. Glad to find a group and active, motivating people!0 -
My name is Kylee, I started TF two weeks ago, but last September I did about 3 weeks of TF before stopping exercising due to high stress levels
Anyways here's some stats
SW: 149.3 (05/15/11)
PW: 140.1 (10/01/11 - 01/02/11) (plateau weight, haha)
CW: 135.5
GW: 128
I'm 5'8", I would be ok with being up to 132 lbs if it were due to muscle / being toned I don't care as much about the number as I do how I look/feel
